Capitan David Lo dreamed of something much more user friendly and much more pet friendly.The first Happiness Pets Shop outlet was opened in middle of January 2010 in No 4 1st Floor Taman Jumbo Commercial Centre Petagas Kota Kinabalu, occupying a floor space of 1,000 square feet, perhaps the largest pet store in Putatan.
